PETE, Fla. \u2014 The St. Petersburg Police Department (SPPD) said officers are on the scene of a barricaded man in the 1300 block of 4th Ave N.<\/p>\n<p>On Dec. 15, around 12:20 p.m., police said witnesses saw three men holding a man at gunpoint. Two men forced the victim inside his apartment and barricaded themselves inside while the third suspect stayed outside as a look-out.<\/p>\n<p>SPPD said the suspect and the victim came out and by 2:06 p.m. the second suspect surrendered and all was cleared.<\/p>\n<p>All three men are currently in custody.
