Coral Springs<\/a> is a perfect 3-0 against Fort Lauderdale<\/a> since January of 2017 and they’ll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Colts just played last yesterday, but they’ll still welcome the Flying L’s at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.<\/p>\n Coral Springs was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn’t let that happen against Flanagan on Monday. The Colts simply couldn’t be stopped as they easily beat the Falcons 63-26. The Colts have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 22 points or more this season.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Fort Lauderdale suffered their closest defeat since January 27th on Thursday. They fell just short of True North Classical Academy by a score of 66-64. While losing is never fun, the Flying L’s can’t take it too hard given the team’s big disadvantage in MaxPreps’ Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 232nd, while the Titans are ranked eighth).<\/p>\n Fort Lauderdale’s loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-5. As for Coral Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.<\/p>\n Coral Springs came out on top in a nail-biter against Fort Lauderdale in their previous matchup back in January, sneaking past 67-65.
