The new Fort Lauderdale hotspot \u2014 known for its inventive cocktails, signature wood-fired smoker, stunning riverfront views, and electric atmosphere \u2014 is rolling out a standout NYE experience designed to impress both food lovers and celebration seekers.<\/p>\n

This year, Chef Michael Lewis and the Ukiah team have crafted a spectacular New Year\u2019s Eve Chef\u2019s Tasting Menu, filled with seasonal dishes, signature favorites, and festive showstoppers.<\/p>\n

Served family-style to the center of the table, the menu sets the tone for an evening that feels indulgent, elevated, and unforgettable. Highlights include Oysters with Smoked Trout Roe; Everglades Tomato Salad with Shiso + Chili; Crispy Crab Hand Roll, Brown Butter + White Ponzu; Grilled Tiger Prawn with Ginger + Yuzu Butter; Mushroom Kamameshi with Fresh Truffle; and Japanese A5 Wagyu (75gr PP) Umeboshi + Negi-Herb Salad. (Menu items are subject to change)<\/p>\n

Ukiah will be open from\u00a06 PM to 1 AM, with a live DJ fueling the energy. Guests can choose between two seatings:<\/p>\n

Includes: Chef\u2019s Tasting Menu, choice of Signature Cocktail, a bottle of Mo\u00ebt & Chandon Brut Imperial per two guests, DJ entertainment, party favors, and a midnight toast.<\/p>\n

Regular dining will also be available, and\u00a0walk-ins are welcome\u00a0for those who prefer to enjoy Ukiah\u2019s signature \u00e0 la carte offerings instead of participating in the\u00a0Tasting\u00a0Menu\u00a0experience.<\/p>\n
