PETERSBURG \u2013 DalMoros Fresh Pasta to Go is preparing to open a new St. Petersburg location at 683 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33701<\/a>, relocating its fast-casual Italian pasta concept to a larger space along Central Avenue. The restaurant is expected to open around March and will operate as a counter-service concept with both indoor and outdoor seating.<\/p>\n

The new location offers room for approximately 30 guests inside and about 20 seats outside along the sidewalk, allowing for expanded service and a more comfortable dining experience compared to the brand\u2019s original St. Petersburg storefront.<\/p>\n

DalMoros Fresh Pasta to Go was brought to the United States by owner David Caruso Sr. after he and his son, David Caruso Jr., discovered the concept while traveling together in Venice, Italy. The original DalMoros concept was created in Venice, and after meeting with the founder overseas, the Caruso family worked to bring the fresh-pasta-to-go model to the U.S.<\/p>\n

The family opened their first St. Petersburg location in 2021 just a few doors down from the new Central Avenue space. The concept was designed to offer authentic Italian food without the long wait times or high price points commonly associated with traditional sit-down Italian restaurants.<\/p>\n

DalMoros focuses on fresh pasta made in house daily. Guests can see pasta being extruded on site, and all sauces are prepared from scratch using recipes from the original Venice location.<\/p>\n
