STUART, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 A 22-year-old man is in custody after Stuart police say he tried to message a \u201c13-year-old girl\u201d who was really an undercover officer.<\/p>\n
Officers with the Stuart Police Department (SPD) say they issued a warrant for 22-year-old William Rogers of Live Oak for transmission of harmful material to a minor and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony on November 25.<\/p>\n
Police say the counts stem from an undercover sting in October.<\/p>\n
