Tavistock Development Company<\/a> today announced Sephora and JETSET Pilates as the newest tenants joining Lake Nona West\u2019s expanding mix of national brands, as the retail destination moves toward its 2026 debut.<\/p>\n

Lake Nona West is situated on 54 acres along Lake Nona Boulevard, east of Boggy Creek Road. The 405,000-square-foot lifestyle center will feature a curated blend of shops, dining and entertainment, anchored by Target. The center\u2019s tenant lineup includes Nordstrom Rack, Barnes & Noble, Dick\u2019s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy Performance Center, Total Wine & More, Homesense and Ca\u00f1onita<\/a>, an elevated Mexican culinary concept from the Tavistock Restaurant Collection.<\/p>\n

Sephora\u2019s arrival adds a top-tier beauty destination to the mix. Lake Nona West has also confirmed a lease for JETSET Pilates, a modern, fast-growing, luxury boutique fitness brand that expands the center\u2019s offerings in fitness, beauty and self-care.<\/p>\n

\u201cSephora represents the type of experiential, lifestyle-driven retail that continues to expand in Lake Nona, as the area attracts national brands looking to serve this growing market,\u201d said Skipper Peek, senior vice president of commercial sales and development at Tavistock Development. \u201cThe addition of new wellness concepts like JETSET Pilates speaks to the kind of destination Lake Nona West is becoming for residents and visitors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since launching its franchise opportunity in 2022, JETSET Pilates has quickly become one of the fastest-growing concepts in the boutique fitness sector. The company currently operates studios in Winter Park, Dr. Phillips and Oviedo.<\/p>\n

Tavistock VP Jessi Blakley told GrowthSpotter Lake Nona West stores will open throughout the summer. \u201cI think it\u2019s going to be rolling openings based on the smaller footprints getting in quicker than maybe some of the larger,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd obviously all of that\u2019s dependent on whether the construction delivers in the timely fashion that we expect.\u201d<\/p>\n

The entire center will feature a custom art program that will add bold murals and lush landscaping to enhance Lake Nona\u2019s existing collection, while pocket greens and hard-scaped plazas provide spaces for pop-up events.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe facades look really nice,\u201d Blakley added. \u201cYou can start to see some of the colors coming through \u2026 they\u2019re going to start art installations eventually. The landscaping looks beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n

The developer has also constructed roundabouts at the main entrance to the center \u2014 one of several that are being installed throughout the community to relieve congestion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe roundabouts are something new that you\u2019re going to see across the property as a whole, you know, just in terms of relieving traffic congestion and keeping things moving.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other locations include the back entrance to Village Walk, on the USTA Loop along Performance Drive, and in the new sections of Laureate Park.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously, there\u2019s a lot of development happening in that southern portion near Luminary with the schools opening,\u201d she said. \u201cYou\u2019ve got all the growth in those new neighborhoods, and then we\u2019ve got the Kelson apartments that are going to be finishing up in Q1.\u201d<\/p>\n
