Nearly four\u00a0years since the project was announced,\u00a0Southwest Florida Proton\u00a0will become the first medical center on Florida\u2019s west coast to deliver proton therapy to cancer patients. The center will initially focus on patients with prostate, breast, and head and neck cancers, expanding its services into 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n
