(WCTV) &#8211; One of Tallahassee\u2019s major holiday events is expected to bring traffic delays. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Drivers who use Thomasville Road are advised to use an alternative route Thursday night due to the city\u2019s annual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/12\/15\/whats-brewing-elf-night\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/12\/15\/whats-brewing-elf-night\/\">Elf Night<\/a>, per a city of Tallahassee press release. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The event is set for 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Dorothy B. Oven Park, located at 3205 Thomasville Road. The city wrote that cars will not be allowed to drive through the park for safety reasons during the event.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-center article-text\">More Tallahassee news:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to the city, traffic is expected to be heavier than usual. There will be law enforcement present along with pedestrians.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves will be at Elf Night.
