We\u2019re certain of this because <a target=\"_blank\" class=\"styles_anchor__uQfOt\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theinfatuation.com\/miami\/guides\/brazilian-steakhouse-power-rankings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">we ranked them all<\/a>. But if you drive up to Fort Lauderdale, you\u2019ll find Lasso Gaucho: a rodizio with juicy cuts of picanha, an attentive staff, and an impressive salad bar.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"chakra-text css-orc1vi\">The restaurant, with its giant portraits of men riding horses and a televised fireplace, is a fitting spot to celebrate dad\u2019s birthday, or gather a group of execs for a corporate dinner. Practice restraint at the salad bar so you have room for the most important thing here: picanha sprinkled with chunks of salt that glisten like jewels. In terms of sides, prioritize the feijoada and luscious mashed potatoes\u2014and then say yes to beef ribs, top sirloin, and fillet mignon for the next 45 minutes. You can skip the bacon-wrapped chicken and sausage in favor of seconds and thirds of every part of the cow.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"chakra-text css-orc1vi\">It&#8217;s not over when you flip your token to the red side that says, \u201cNo, thank you.\u201d Dessert is included in the $64 experience. They make a molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream that tastes awfully similar to the one from Chili&#8217;s. And that\u2019s not an insult.<\/p>\n<p>Food RundownFull Experience<\/p>\n<p class=\"chakra-text styles_text__v8tEd css-1kgbrq0\">For $64, you get 18 cuts of meat. To get the most for your money, skip the chicken and sausage and double down on the picanha, top sirloin, and ribeye. Pretty much any cut that\u2019s coming from a cow will be tender and delicious. <\/p>\n<p><img class=\"chakra-image css-1dh3rz4\" aria-hidden=\"true\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"chakra-text css-1jgn9dv\">video credit: Mariana Trabanino<\/p>\n<p>Salad Bar<\/p>\n<p class=\"chakra-text styles_text__v8tEd css-1kgbrq0\">If for whatever reason you were dragged to dinner here and don\u2019t eat meat, it won\u2019t be a total loss because the salad bar is great. They\u2019ve got seasonal soups that aren\u2019t an afterthought, salads, a massive cheese wheel, and sushi rolls.
