College of Nursing<\/a>\u00a0Dean Jing Wang has been awarded the Fellowship Ad Eundem by the Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), one of the most distinguished global honors in nursing leadership and innovation.<\/p>\nThe fellowship recognizes Wang\u2019s visionary leadership and international impact in advancing digital health transformation, integrating artificial intelligence in health\u00a0care\u00a0and driving workforce innovation.<\/p>\n

RCSI, also known as RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences, is a world-renowned institution recognized for excellence in health sciences education,\u00a0research\u00a0and professional training. The designation is conferred upon leaders whose professional achievements have significantly advanced health care and the nursing profession worldwide.<\/p>\n

Under Wang\u2019s leadership, the FSU College of Nursing\u00a0has expanded its global reach and accelerated its innovation agenda,\u00a0launching pioneering programs such as the nation\u2019s first Master of Science in Nursing with an AI Applications in Health Care specialization, advancing digital health and AI research and building international partnerships that strengthen nursing leadership, practice and workforce development.<\/p>\n
Other leaders who were awarded the Fellowship Ad Eundem\u00a0include Claire Montgomery Zangerle, CEO of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and the chief nurse executive of the American Hospital Association;\u00a0and Maurizio Zega, president of the Order of the Nursing Professions of Rome, vice president of the National Federation of Orders of the Nursing Professions in Italy, and vice president of the European Nursing Council.<\/p>\n
Wang was formally conferred at the\u00a0December 2025 Conferring Ceremony\u00a0in Dublin, Ireland.<\/p>\n
