<\/a>A 66-year-old man was tragically killed on Wednesday in a hit-and-run accident in St. Petersburg.<\/p>\n\nAccording to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the unidentified victim was hit by a vehicle driven by John Guy Delucchi at about 5 p.m. while attempting to cross Gandy Boulevard. The FHP said that Delucchi allegedly fled the scene and was later found in Plant City. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n
