Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s $450 million megayacht Dragonfly made waves in downtown Miami while he attended Art Basel Miami Beach 2025, drawing crowds and sparking conversation along the waterfront.

The 466-foot luxury vessel, one of the largest private yachts in the world, was docked near Museum Park, towering over nearby boats and buildings and becoming a focal point for passersby and art fair attendees.

While Brin visited galleries and installations, Dragonfly remained active at its berth, consuming significant amounts of energy to power climate control, lighting, galley services and other onboard systems, reportedly using the equivalent daily electricity of roughly 780 to 800 average Florida homes even while docked.

Built by renowned German shipyard Lürssen and designed by Germán Frers with interiors by Nauta Design, Dragonfly features multiple decks, climate-controlled living space, pools, helipads and high-end amenities befitting its billionaire owner.

Its presence in Miami during one of the city’s biggest cultural events reinforces the area’s appeal to the ultra-wealthy and highlights the intersection of global luxury, art and tourism.

Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s $450 million megayacht Dragonfly made waves in downtown Miami while he attended Art Basel…

[9
48933,18819,48940,28,5870,48931,126,48934,48932,48937,48938,123,125,48936,124,48939,48930,48929,48935
post-90711","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-miami","tag-450-million-megayacht","tag-art-basel-miami-beach","tag-environmental-impact-of-megayachts","tag-florida","tag-google","tag-google-co-founder","tag-key-biscayne","tag-luxury-yacht","tag-megayacht","tag-megayacht-electricity-use-while-docked","tag-megayacht-power-usage-equivalent-to-homes","tag-miami","tag-miami-headlines","tag-miami-marina","tag-miami-news","tag-miami-waterfront","tag-museum-park","tag-sergey-brin","tag-yacht-power-consumption
["GET
