Earlier this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/southflorida\/news\/2025\/02\/24\/one-on-one-harbor-beach-condo-fort-lauderdale-plan.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the South Florida Business Journal<\/a> reported the two- to five-bedroom homes would measure 1,836 to 3,723 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>The top floors would host two two-story penthouses that would measure no more than 9,664 square feet. Communal amenities are set to include a seventh-floor fitness center, swimming pool\/spa, and game room, along with other offerings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-37206\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2025-12-21-at-6.44.37-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"649\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture would measure 21 stories and feature 36 homes. Image by Adache Group Architects<\/p>\n<p>One on One has been in the works since 2023. Initial plans proposed a 17-story tower occupying a single parcel. Plans have changed to expand to two parcels at 3043 and 3049 Harbor Drive. The developer purchased 3043 Harbor Drive for $2.6 million in 2021. It has the other parcel at 3049 currently under contract.<\/p>\n<p>Kora Architects and Adache Group Architects designed One on One. <a href=\"https:\/\/floridiandevelopment.com\/camaco-development-submits-revised-plans-for-one-on-one-condo-project-to-fort-lauderdale-planning-board\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Floridian Development<\/a> notes that plans reveal a 259-foot-high building with balconies and a glass fa\u00e7ade.
