Ninth Court, Fort Lauderdale, Florida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Florida YIMBY has an update regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2025\/03\/14-story-sereno-fort-lauderdale-planned-for-2028-completion-at-2901-ne-9th-court-fort-lauderdale-fl.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sereno<\/a>, a venture we covered earlier this March. Initial plans called for a 14-story tower with 76 condos, measuring 1,080 to 2,400 square feet each. They were slated to cost $1.4 million each. Now, plans have changed significantly.<\/p>\n<p>Revised plans call for more condos, hotels, and commercial space. Sereno would still measure 14 stories above grade, but new plans would feature 88 homes \u2013 downsized to measure 372 to 1,252 square feet. Floorplans would span studio to three-bedroom units.<\/p>\n<p>There would also be 113 hotel keys, 1,800 square feet of commercial space, and 200 parking spots in a four-story parking structure. There would be two swimming pools: one for hotel guests on the parking garage\u2019s rooftop and another on the tower\u2019s rooftop for residents. There would also be separate entrances.<\/p>\n<p>Integra Investments and Surfside-based Flying Point, through their affiliate Sunrise FTL Ventures LLLP, have partnered on the venture. Fort Lauderdale-based FSMY Architects + Planners is the architect. In total, Sereno would span 197,671 square feet of new construction and occupy a 2.2-acre site.<\/p>\n<p>Sereno would occupy <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/UorEtQa5DL2yY31aA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2901 N.E. Ninth Court, Fort Lauderdale, Florida<\/a>, 3304, in Broward County.
