Stevens Construction is building two Aroma Joe\u2019s locations in Port Charlotte and North Fort Myers, announced Dan Adams, executive vice president\/partner, Stevens Construction, Inc.<\/p>\n
Construction is underway on Aroma Joe\u2019s Port Charlotte location at 16400 Franklin Ave., which is slated for completion in summer 2026. Stevens Construction will begin construction on the North Fort Myers location at 18961 Del Tura Plaza Lane in January, with completion also slated for summer 2026.<\/p>\n
At each location, Stevens Construction is building a 1,598-square-foot building that will house a coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating, order counter, prep area, restrooms and drive-thru. Aroma Joe\u2019s features handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, flavor infusions, signature AJ\u2019s RUSH energy drinks and all-day food offerings.<\/p>\n
The Stevens Construction team includes Project Manager Hunter Stevens, Superintendents Ken Redman (Port Charlotte location) and Matt Adalpe (North Fort Myers location), and Project Administrator Krista Grandinetti. PDS Architecture is the architect of record and Avalon Engineering is the civil engineer.<\/p>\n
