Four days later, the tenants tell the News4JAX I-TEAM that they\u2019ve heard little to nothing from management about whether their water will be back on by Christmas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The residents told News4JAX they\u2019re having to use public restrooms at nearby businesses and are relying on friends and family for shower access.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">And, of course, many of them have plans to host the holidays and make food for their families, but that\u2019s all out the window. That request was not granted, but instead, the utility said, the water was shut off through the master meter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Again, residents say they have received minimal communication about the situation and no timeline for restoration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The water outage is the latest in a series of maintenance concerns at properties connected to People\u2019s Choice Apartments.
