Now the 36-year-old Taiwan-born chef is partnering with James Beard Award-nominated restaurateurs Johnny and Jimmy Tung to open a full-fledged restaurant specializing in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/en\/article\/dining-out\/what-is-japanese-kappo-cuisine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">kappo-style dining<\/a>. It will present sushi and cooked dishes in both multicourse and \u00e0 la carte formats.
