IT\u2019S GOING TO BE WARM AT LEAST FOR SEVERAL DAYS. BUT SOME BIG CHANGES ARE ON THE WAY. SO THINK ABOUT IT LIKE THIS. WE HAVE BEEN KIND OF TRAPPED IN THIS WEATHER PATTERN WITH WARM TEMPERATURES THAT THEN THINGS ARE GOING TO TURN AROUND AS WE FINALLY GET OUR NEXT COLD FRONT MOVING IN. AND WHILE IT\u2019S NOT GOING TO BE THE COLDEST AIR WE HAVE SEEN YET THIS SEASON, IT\u2019S GOING TO BE ENOUGH. IN THE MEANTIME, THOUGH, LOOK AT OUR FUTURECAST FOR THIS AFTERNOON. I MEAN, IT IS GOING TO BE JUST A GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS DAY FORECAST OVER THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS TAKES THE TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE UPPER 70S TODAY, TOMORROW, CHRISTMAS DAY, EVEN INTO THE WEEKEND, WHICH MEANS BEACH BOATING PLANS ARE GOING TO BE LOOKING GOOD. NOW. RIP CURRENTS ARE A THING AND WATER TEMPERATURES ARE A LITTLE CHILLY. THAT\u2019S ALSO A THING. BUT NOTICE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY THOSE TEMPERATURES REALLY START TO GO DOWN, AND TUESDAY REALLY GO DOWN AS THAT NEXT COLD FRONT APPROACHES. SO THIS IS MONDAY. SHOWERS A POSSIBILITY THOUGH THE MODELS ARE TRENDING LESS AND LESS WITH RAINFALL. AND THEN WE USHER IN A NICE BLAST OF COLDER, DRIER AIR WAKING UP ON NEW YEAR\u2019S EVE MORNING. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE COLDEST MORNING OF THIS FRONT. I THINK WE\u2019LL GET TO ABOUT 40 DEGREES IN ORLANDO, 36 IN LEESBURG, 33 IN THE VILLAGES AND 32 IN OCALA. AND EVEN ALONG THE SHORELINE, IT\u2019S THE UPPER 30S TO THE LOWER 40S. ONE OTHER THING I DO WANT TO POINT OUT IS THAT THE MODELS HAVE REALLY BEEN BACKING OFF ON WIND GUSTS. SO WHILE YESTERDAY THE INDICATION WAS WE WOULD HAVE FEELS LIKE TEMPERATURES IN THE 20S AND 30S, NOW IT\u2019S LOOKING LIKE FROST MAY BE MORE OF AN ISSUE. SO THIS IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING THAT WE\u2019LL WATCH. AND WITH EACH COMPUTER MODEL RUN, WE CONTINUE TO WATCH FOR CONSISTENCY. AND OF COURSE, WE\u2019LL CONTINUE TO UPDATE YOU ON THAT.
