VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. \u2013 An 88-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Volusia County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n
Troopers said the crash happened at US-1 and South Nova Road around 1:17 p.m.<\/p>\n
According to a crash report, a Ford Fusion was traveling north on U.S. 1, south of South Nova Road, in the inside lane when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle traveled off the road to the left, causing the rear bumper to strike a ditch.<\/p>\n
