(WCJB) &#8211; Republican state lawmakers say property tax reform is a priority on their agenda for the new legislative session in January.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Eight proposals are going through committee, ranging from complete elimination of property taxes to a reduction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">House Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Brannan, who represents North Central Florida, said he\u2019s watching all the plans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cThe House felt like time is short and that we need to get started on that. So that\u2019s where we are. So I look for something to be on the ballot. What it\u2019s going to be at this point, I can\u2019t tell you.
