(WCTV) &#8211; The land purchase tied to the highly anticipated Buc-ee\u2019s development in Tallahassee topped $10 million. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Buc-ee\u2019s purchased 30.77 acres for $10,722,800, according to the Leon County Property Appraiser\u2019s website. The sale is listed as closing on November 20, under a warranty deed, the website revealed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The new details come after learning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/11\/25\/buc-ees-break-ground-tallahassee-early-next-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/11\/25\/buc-ees-break-ground-tallahassee-early-next-year\/\">in November<\/a> that the famously Texas-based travel center chain is one step closer to opening its location on the outskirts of Tallahassee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-center article-text\">More Tallahassee News<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The company is set to break ground sometime between January and March of next year.
