The borrowers include Craig Robins\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/dacra\/\" title=\"Dacra\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dacra<\/a>, LVMH-backed private equity firm <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/l-catterton\/\" title=\"L Catterton\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">L Catterton<\/a> and real estate giant <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/brookfield-properties\/\" title=\"Brookfield Properties\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Brookfield Properties<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2025\/12\/pmg-fort-lauderdale-sage-intracoastal-residences\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">PMG Lands $115M for Waterfront Fort Lauderdale Condo Tower<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 179,418-square-foot Paradise Plaza sits at 151 Northeast 41st Street, at the northern end of Miami\u2019s 18-city block outdoor mall. It houses 120,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in addition to a 7,800-square-foot event space.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tenants include Major Food Group\u2019s ZZ\u2019s restaurant, Michelin-starred outposts L\u2019Atelier de Jo\u00ebl Robuchon and Le Jardinier, in addition to high-end fashion brands Balenciaga and Gucci and private club The Moore.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The loan also covers the neighboring boutiques of U.S. fashion brands Tory Burch and Ralph Lauren a block south as well as the Christian Louboutin store, the Cote Korean steakhouse and the seven-story Museum Garage parking lot.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Since the pandemic, the Miami Design District has emerged as one of the top destinations for luxury shopping in South Florida.
