<\/p>\nA Delray Beach-based developer has submitted plans for a luxury multi-family development on St. Petersburg College\u2019s former Allstate Campus.<\/p>\n
Alton Skyway would feature 619 apartments in two phases. The first would deliver 342 units in four five-story buildings; the latter would comprise 277 units, also in four five-story buildings.<\/p>\n
The rental apartments would span one-bedroom to three-bedroom models, measuring about 660 to 1,890 square feet each. Communal amenities would include a dog park, swimming pool, and various undisclosed interior amenities, likely a fitness center and co-working space.<\/p>\n

Alton Skyway would also feature 5,000 square feet of retail, but those plans will be submitted separately than the residential ones. The retail would occupy one acre of the larger 17.25-acre property.<\/p>\n
Kolter Multifamily is the developer. The firm is also working on Alton Sarasota<\/a>, another venture under the Alton banner. Florida YIMBY\u2019s report shared that the 256-unit development had started construction with completion anticipated for late 2026.<\/p>\n Dwell Design Studio designed Alton Skyway. Kimley Horn is the civil engineer. Renderings show that Alton Skyway would feature a large, centralized stormwater pond, 883 surface parking spots, and 635 bicycle parking spots.
