STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Asha Bell netted 22 points and Mackenzi Terry added 16 as Petrides improved to 8-2 with a 52-28 victory over CSI/McCown in a PSAL 3A Staten Island/Brooklyn division encounter Tuesday on the road.
The winners held a 26-15 lead at the half, before pulling away some more in the third quarter.
Jade Perez grabbed 10 rebounds for Petrides.

The Pirates ran their PSAL 4A Staten Island division record to 9-0 with the easy home win on Tuesday.
Pirate junior Grace Anderson, who had seven assists and 12 steals, led all scorers with 24 points. Gabriella Ortiz was right behind her with a season-high 22 points to go along with six steals and four assists.
The Pirates, who improved to 12-2 overall, face Stuyvesant Wednesday on the road at 4:30 p.m.
