DOWNTOWN — ARIZONA COLLEGE OF NURSING signed a 10-year lease for 40,000 square feet at 532 Fulton Street, establishing its first New York campus, Commercial Observer reports.

The Glendale, Ariz.-based school will occupy the sixth through eighth floors of the Paxton, a 43-story mixed-use tower owned by Jenel Real Estate. Asking rent was about $56 per square foot, according to landlord broker CBRE Group.

The expansion adds an educational tenant to the rapidly growing Downtown Brooklyn office market near Nevins Street, Borough Hall and MetroTech.
