ROME, N.Y. — New York State Police are asking for help to identify a man connected to a fraud case at a local bank.
NYSP Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Marcy said a man went into the M&T Bank in Rome on June 6, 2025, and cashed a check that had been altered and forged.
