Some of the drugs were found in a cabinet, while cash and glassine envelopes of heroin were discovered in a safe inside a closet in the front hallway, police said.
Officers counted over $4,500 in cash in the apartment, according to the complaint.
Confiscated during the raid were six cell phones and a scale tainted with cocaine residue, police said.
Moore has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
The defendant has pleaded not guilty to all charges and has been released on his own recognizance. He is due back in Criminal Court in St. George on March 11, according to public records.
