On Monday, June 2, 2025, at approximately 0022 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) police officers responded to a 911 call of a male, stabbed in front of 1925 Bathgate Avenue, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 39-year-old male victim, who sustained stab wounds to the neck and chest.

EMS transported the male to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 29-year-old female individual was arrested and charged on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 1000 hours, within the confines of the 48th Precinct.
