DISPOSITION OF

PROPERTY

A resolution to sell or otherwise dispose of school district property because it is or is about to become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable, or unsuitable for school purposes of the district was adopted by the Manhattan School District No. 3 Board of Trustees at their regular meeting on October 14, 2025. Any taxpayer may appeal the resolution of the Trustees prior to the effective date of November 4, 2025. A complete list of property items is available at the district office. Sealed bids for any item should be submitted to: Superintendent Brian Ayers, Manhattan Schools, PO Box 425, Manhattan, MT. 59741, prior to November 4, 2025.
