The Chicago Bulls look for payback over the Brooklyn Nets after losing in heartbreak fashion earlier this week.
The Chicago Bulls are hoping to finally beat the Brooklyn Nets after losing to them twice so far this season. With breakout star Michael Porter Jr. ruled out for the matchup, the Bulls hope to put the game to rest early to enjoy playoff football.
Bulls vs Nets Preview
In their last matchup, the Chicago Bulls played from behind for almost the entire game, with only a two-point lead twice. Unlike their football counterpart, the Bulls do not have the luxury of playing from behind and hoping to catch up.
The Bulls must focus on defending the three-point line, as the Nets shot slightly over 46% from behind the arc on 13 attempts in the last game. Despite not having a rim protector, forcing difficult shots in the interior is better than giving up wide-open threes. In addition, the Bulls cannot give up offensive rebounds. The Nets nearly tripled the Bulls’ offensive rebound total. Boxing out and crashing the glass is essential for a win.
