Major Accident shuts down I-90 In New York State

For the second time this week, a major accident has caused the westbound lanes of the I-90 to be closed.

Severe winter weather has wreaked havoc with travel in Western New York this week. With falling snow and gusty winds, whiteout conditions can happen in a moment’s notice.

According to Nittech, the 90 westbound is closed from the Hamburg exit to exit 60 due to an accident.
