UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with six deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in Manhattan sold this week was a condo on East 66th Street that went for $30,000,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping condo is a full-floor apartment with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and one powder room located at 4 East 66th St., near Fifth Avenue.

The apartment, built in 1920 by renowned architect James E.R. Carpenter, features a grand gallery with sweeping Central Park views, according to the listing. The apartment also has soaring ceilings, multiple wood-burning fireplaces, elegant entertaining rooms, and a flexible layout.
