Chloe Tucker Caine is best known for appearing on the Netflix reality show Owning Manhattan — but did you know that the reality TV star and real estate agent is a former Broadway actress? Her biggest credits include starring as Sophie in the national tour of Mamma Mia! and as Danielle in the Off-Broadway musical The Death of the Moon.
So to get more eyes on her real estate listings, Tucker Caine combined skills from all three of her careers — real estate, musical theatre and appearing on camera — to turn some of her apartment listings into what she calls “Broadway caliber” musicals.

Chloe Tucker Caine, Ryan Serhant and Nile Lundgren All Starred in a Musical Tribute to a Chelsea Townhouse
If you follow Chloe Tucker Caine on Instagram, you may have already seen her viral musical real estate videos — and if you’re watching Season 2 of Owning Manhattan, which dropped last month on Netflix, you’ve already seen a behind-the-scenes look into some of these videos!
On Owning Manhattan, when Tucker Caine first pitched the idea to fellow SERHANT Real Estate agent Nile Lundgren, he was skeptical. But as seen on her Instagram, she eventually was able to rope both him and their boss Ryan Serhant into appearing in some videos with her — like the one promoting her listing at 304 W. 18th Street, in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
The video features Tucker Caine singing an original song all about the house, along with an ensemble of dancers in costumes. The song also parodies a few classic shows, like Beauty and the Beast, Hamilton and the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes. There’s even an incredible exterior shot seemingly filmed on a drone, with a different dancer in each window.
Chloe Tucker Caine Also Created a Musical Tribute to a Swanky Chelsea Condo
In a recent video for her listing at 252 7th Avenue, also located in Chelsea, Tucker Caine kept things a bit more low key. This video doesn’t have an ensemble of dancers, but still features an original song with Tucker Caine on lead vocals, and shows her dancing outside and inside the empty condo.
Chloe Tucker Caine Rewrote a Song From Wicked to Share Her Story
And in another video, featuring an original song that parodies “The Wizard and I” from Wicked, Tucker Caine tells her life story. The video shows her being fired from a bartending job, exploring other career paths (while dancing and singing through Times Square) and eventually becoming a real estate agent for SERHANT — all while providing incredible vocals that would make Cynthia Erivo proud.
Season 2 of Owning Manhattan is streaming on Netflix.
