Concerns about the health of President Donald Trump have exploded anew after the president was spotted with bruising on a different hand.

Shocking new photos of Trump taken at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, show the president with noticeable purple bruising on his left hand.

Trump had previously displayed bruising on his right hand, which spurred months of speculation about the health of the commander-in-chief.

The Daily Beast reported that discoloration on Trump’s left hand was plain to see as the president signed documents for the proposed “Board of Peace,” an initiative which will be tasked with overseeing a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

A faint bruise could also be seen on Trump’s right hand as he held up the charter document.

The discolorations were less noticeable later in the day because they were partially hidden by the presidential lectern during Trump’s speech.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told the Daily Beast that the new bruise was the result of a minor accident.

“At the Board of Peace event today in Davos, President Trump hit his hand on the corner of the signing table, causing it to bruise,” Leavitt told the Daily Beast.

A White House official said in addition that Trump, 79, and his physicians have previously noted that Trump is “susceptible” to hand bruising due to his daily aspirin regime.

The president takes aspirin in order to thin his blood.

The White House had previously said that the bruising on Trump’s right hand was due to the large number of hands that the president shakes as part of his presidential duties.

Trump also suffers from chronic venous insufficiency, a condition common to people of his age where the leg veins struggle to return blood to the heart.

Trump in the past has masked the bruising on his right hand with concealing makeup.

Trump foes were quick to jump on the new bruising.

“Poof. There goes Karoline Leavitt’s bald-faced lie that the bruise on Trump’s hand is from hand shakes,” one wrote on X.

But another wrote: “It’s extremely common for people Trump’s age to bruise or have skin abrasions very easily. They have thinner skin and often take blood thinners or low-dose aspirin. It doesn’t mean anything.”
