New York State Police have located the body of Chloe Henry, 25, a Mooers woman who was reported missing on Sunday. Henry was reported missing just before 3 p.m. on Oct. 19. Police said that she was last seen with her husband, Keith, 33, of Plattsburgh. On Monday, police located Henry’s body in the area of Ridge Road in the town of Chazy. The Clinton County Coroner responded to the scene and pronounced her dead. Her body was taken to Glens Falls Hospital for an autopsy.After investigating, police said there was reason to believe that Keith Henry shot and killed the victim while inside his vehicle near Bear Swamp Road in the town of Peru. Police found him and took him into custody for questioning. An autopsy for Chloe Henry is scheduled at 8 a.m. on Tuesday at Glens Falls Hospital to determine the official cause of death.The investigation is being conducted by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, with assistance from the Forensic Identification Unit, the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office, the Plattsburgh Police Department, the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department, and Homeland Security Investigations.This is an ongoing investigation.
