OKLAHOMA CITY (KSWO) – Oklahoma’s Attorney General Gentner Drummond is supporting the president’s decision to withhold federal funding for New York City Public Schools.
The funds are being withheld due to district policies that allow biological males to access female bathrooms and locker rooms.
According to a press release, Drummond and 17 other state attorneys general filed a brief today asking the court to deny the New York City Board of Education’s motion for summary judgment and to grant the Trump Administration’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit over the funding cuts.
We must protect the privacy and safety of female students in intimate spaces like bathrooms and locker rooms.
