A state judge in Manhattan has ordered the lines of New York’s 11th Congressional District — which covers Staten Island and southern Brooklyn — to be redrawn after ruling the district discriminates against Black and Latino voters.

New York Republicans have denounced the decision as an attempt to steal an election in the only New York City House district that elects a Republican to Congress.

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, who represents the district, joined “The Rush Hour” on Thursday to respond to the order.
