Stranger grabs 13-year-old boy in Queens, makes lewd remarks: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — A disturbing encounter took place in Queens.

Police say a 13-year old boy was grabbed by a stranger while walking to school. The Stanger made lewd statements to the boy.
