NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Preliminary snow totals show a storm as massive as predicted in New York City.

Under 12 hours into the storm, the National Weather Service released preliminary snowfall numbers.

By Monday afternoon, the region is expected to see a foot of snow accumulation.
