BROOKLYN, N.Y. — With the game tied at 41 with one second left in regulation, Alessia Ferrante, who stole a pass with under 10 seconds and was fouled, calmly buried both free throws, giving New Dorp a 43-41 non-league victory over Edward R Murrow Saturday on the road.

Olivia Andruszkow and Carmen Soto split 26 points.

Andruszkow, who also grabbed 13 rebounds, tied the game at 41 with 15 seconds left in the game.

The Centrals host Curtis on Feb. 1, hoping to improve on their 4-7 PSAL 4A record.
