The Battery’s famous wild turkey, named Astoria, was seen trudging through snow as a winter storm battered New York City on Sunday, January 25.
Footage posted to X by Anke Frohlich Photography shows Astoria slowly moving through the snow as it continued to blanket the city. The source said the beloved internet star found shelter behind a subway station.
