Central NY digs out after winter storm
Syracuse, N.Y — It’s still snowing in some places on Monday morning, but here are the snowfall totals across New York state for the storm that hit Sunday and Monday.
Three Upstate cities set records for Jan. 25. snowfall, according to the National Weather Service:
Albany: 10.6 inchesBinghamton: 10.2 inchesRochester: 8.3 inches
Syracuse’s official total for Sunday was 7.7 inches. The record for the day is 9.1 inches, set in 1993, according to the weather service.
