A North Country woman is behind bars after police said she stabbed a person several times in the town of Plattsburgh on Monday.New York State Police troopers responded to Dormitory Drive just before 10:30 a.m. for a reported stabbing and found a victim with wounds to the chest and left hand.Police did not identify the victim. They were taken to CVPH for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.Police determined that Latasha Lord, 32, of Plattsburgh stabbed the person. She was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.Lord appeared before a judge and was ordered held at Clinton County Jail.
