Brooklyn Beckham made headlines after he posted a scathing Instagram story calling out his parents, David and Victoria, on their “countless lies” against him and his wife Nicola Peltz. “For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family,” he wrote in his story. “The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into. Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.”

Before he married his now-wife, Brooklyn was in an on-and-off relationship with internet personality Lexy Panterra from 2018 to 2019. “I smiled for the camera and then walked away,” she told The Sun in 2020 about how they met. “He was this little boy fan and I didn’t know what he was doing there or who he was. Please don’t remind me how young he was back then. He was a baby and I wasn’t attracted to him at all.”
“The next thing I know the photo is in a tabloid. I was like ‘oh it’s Brooklyn Beckham, Victoria Beckham’s son, that’s cool,’” she continued. “I think we set up a Facetime call sometime after that. We started hanging out and I think he followed me on Instagram.”

Lexy Panterra broke up with Brooklyn Beckham because of his “immature” behavior. “We are not together anymore because of his immature ways and him not being a good friend,” she told the publication. “I don’t want to say exactly why we split. I don’t want to bash him. The long distance thing was a factor for sure.” She also added that the 10-year age gap was felt throughout their relationship. Brooklyn was 18 while she was 28.
One thing she regretted about the relationship was not meeting his parents. “It was a shame as I was a huge Spice Girls fan growing up. I liked Posh and I liked Baby. Posh was the sexy one. She had the leather and she was the hotty.”
She also told The Sun about how she really felt about him being engaged to Nicola Peltz. “I don’t know why he falls in love every few minutes. There is no consistency in his relationships. He has a new chick every month, so it’s surprising he would try to do this.”
