TRIBECA, Manhattan (PIX11) — Anti-ICE protesters overtook an entire Manhattan hotel lobby on Tuesday, video obtained by PIX11 News shows.
Protesters were overflowing inside the Hilton on Sixth Avenue in Tribeca, holding signs that called for the hotel chain to stop housing federal immigration enforcement agents.
Some signs read, “Hilton DON’T LET ICE STAY” and “HILTON: STOP HOUSING ICE” as protesters chanted, “Which side are you on?” Other signs had images of Renee Good, the woman killed by a federal officer in Minneapolis.

The NYPD said it did not have information on the protest as of 6:45 p.m.
According to a source at the protest, approximately 150 people were inside the Hilton lobby.
It is unknown if ICE agents stay at the hotel.

Hilton and Department of Homeland Security representatives could not immediately be reached by PIX11 News.
At the same time on Tuesday, anti-ICE protesters were seen in Citizen video out in Foley Square. The Hilton Hotel is located just minutes from Foley Square.
This comes days after protesters gathered in Union Square and a week following a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
