Former Fox 4 (KDFW-TV) meteorologist Julia Fife has joined Newsmax’s Wake Up America program in New York City.
Fife, who left the Dallas station last month, will lead a segment called “Wake Up Weather.”
Fife started at Fox 4 last summer, moving to Dallas from Fox 13 in Memphis, where she also worked as a meteorologist. That move was a homecoming of sorts for Fife, who was a traffic anchor for Fox 4 in 2018-19. Fife’s first appearance on Fox 4, however, was when she performed as a Dallas Mavericks dancer. During her stint at the station in 2025, the UT-Austin alum appeared on Fox 4’s weekday at noon and weekend night weather forecasts.

Fife’s former Fox 4 colleague Hanna Battah is also now in New York City, at ABC News. Battah announced last month she would make the move to ABC News, after more than seven years at Fox 4.
