Former Fox 4 (KDFW-TV) meteorologist Julia Fife has joined Newsmax’s Wake Up America program in New York City.

Fife, who left the Dallas station last month, will lead a segment called “Wake Up Weather.”

Fife started at Fox 4 last summer, moving to Dallas from Fox 13 in Memphis, where she also worked as a meteorologist. That move was a homecoming of sorts for Fife, who was a traffic anchor for Fox 4 in 2018-19. Fife’s first appearance on Fox 4, however, was when she performed as a Dallas Mavericks dancer. During her stint at the station in 2025, the UT-Austin alum appeared on Fox 4’s weekday at noon and weekend night weather forecasts.
