STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Delays are reported on the Brooklyn-bound Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and the New Jersey-bound Staten Island Expressway early in the Thursday morning rush hour.
A crash is reported on the lower level of the span and two lanes are blocked during the emergency response, according to an alert from the MTA.
A disabled tractor-trailer truck is reported on the New Jersey-bound Staten Island Expressway near Richmond Avenue.
During the emergency response, two right lanes are blocked, according to 511NY.
