A jury has convicted a New York delivery driver of groping two women at a warehouse in South Jersey.
The 28-year-old Spring Valley, New York, man was found guilty on Thursday of two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
The groping incident happened on Feb. 21, 2024, at a voting machine warehouse on Dolphin Avenue in Northfield. Police responded to a call from the warehouse and later spoke to two female employees who said they were inappropriately touched by the driver.
Both women said the driver touched them in the breast area, authorities said. He was arrested on the scene.
Prosecutors did not say which company the New York man worked for as a delivery driver.
He will be sentenced in Atlantic County Superior Court on April 24.
