MANHATTAN (KSNT) – The Riley County Police Department has made an arrest in a murder that happed over the weekend.
According to a written news release, officers responded around 8 p.m. Sunday to the 1900 block of Anderson Avenue to a report of a stabbing. The arrived to find Teray Robinson, 24, of Manhattan suffering from a stab wound. He later died.
Police said they detained the suspect, Billy Arnez, 39, of Manhattan, on the scene and later arrested him. Arnez is in jail on a $1 million bond facing a charge of second-degree murder.
The incident remains under investigation.
