STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Removal of ice and snow continues along the West Shore Expressway and the Goethals Bridge on Tuesday morning.
Icicle removal is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the northbound West Shore Expressway between the exits for Veterans Road East and Glen Street, according to 511NY.
The right lane is closed in portions of the expressway where cleanup is underway, according to 511 NY.
Snow removal began around 7:30 a.m. on the Goethals Bridge to New Jersey. The right lane and shoulder were closed during the effort. No end time was listed on 511 NY for the effort.
